I found out my two friends smoke. I'm only 13.
I don't know what to do. I am really confused. Please help.

Dear Anonymous,

I hope your ok you really should tell an adult even if you don't want to loose them as a friend. If an adult finds out they can help them through it. If your confident enough you should have them over sit them down and talk about it with them and ask what you could do to help them out. If all fails you could call 0800 WHATS UP (942 8787) its a helpline for teens and kids and they could give you some good advice best of all its private and its only between you and the helper. You could also go on their website http://www.whatsup.co.nz/. It is definitely a tough situation your in but do not panic.
